Claiming your Catch

Take some time to look at the archived photos.  Your photo may be amongst them.  If you would like to attach you name to the photo along with other information about the catch then read on. 

If you would like to transfer a your photo from the archive area and move it into the proper month/year within the standard image gallery along with your information, then do the following: 

• Click on the archived picture that belongs to you to open it,
• After opening the picture, click on the ‘download file’ link located at the bottom of the picture.  This will allow you to download the picture to your desktop,
• After downloading the photo, come out of the archive area and go into the month/year folder where the photo belongs,
• At the top of this window on the right side you will see a button marked ‘upload’,
• Click on the upload button and fill out your information concerning the photo,
• Click on the browse button to locate your photo you saved at your computer desktop to import it,
• When you are finished, click on ‘upload file’ at the bottom of the page.

Your photo will be placed into the month/year you specified along with the information you have entered after management reviews and approves it.
